OneReach.ai along with Google, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, MS LUIS, is part of an emerging quadrant Gartner calls Conversational Platforms. Gartner’s thinks that “50% of enterprises will spend more on bots than traditional mobile app development by 2021.”
Given that the second generation of OneReach.ai’s platform had not yet been made available in 2018, it’s substantive that Gartner named OneReach.ai in as a top conversational AI platform alongside Google, Microsoft, IBM and Amazon. In 2019, Gartner’s list of top conversational AI platforms was 20% smaller than in 2018, and yet again included OneReach.ai, this time based on the second generation of our platform.
We have been developing our product longer than most others and as a result are on generation 2. It is our belief that the democratization of AI will not be fully realized until everyone, even non developers, can build complex applications on their own.
