What is changing?

We are retiring Communication Studio 1.0 on December 1st, 2020, at which point it will be replaced by the 2nd generation of our platform; Communication Studio 2.0 (CS2.0). Customer success is our #1 priority, and we are engaging each customer individually to assist with migration.

What do I need to do and when?

Please complete the form to begin your migration process no later than June 1st 2020.

We will review your current solution and provide migration options, which will include solution training for self service, introducing you to one of our partners to help you migrate, or in some cases performing the migration on your behalf. This is a great opportunity learning about the new possibilities that will be available to you in your new CS2.0 platform account.
