Robb Wilson is the CEO and co-founder of OneReach.ai, the only AI agent orchestration platform recognized as a “leader” by all top analyst firms including Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. With more than two decades in AI research and user-centered design, Robb helped unlock the agentic approach to automation that’s being feverishly pursued by enterprises all over the world. A former tech and design executive at publicly traded companies, Robb has mentored AI, UX, and technology leaders at Amazon, Meta, Google, Salesforce, Frog, Box, AstraZeneca and other top firms. He’s received more than 130 awards across AI innovation, technology, and design, and led the architecture and design of award-winning digital products for Adobe, Nike, Boeing, and Workday.
Robb founded one of the world’s first UX firms, which was acquired by WPP/Ogilvy, was invited by Apple to design one of the first iPad apps, and co-founded Visionations, the number one police and forensic case management app serving 250 investigative agencies around the world.
Also a musician, carpenter, and armchair neuroscientist, he lives in Berkeley, California, with his family.

He is the creator and co-host of the Invisible Machines and N9K podcasts, and his writing has appeared in numerous publications over the years, including Chicago Reader, Fast Company, FLAUNT, Harvard Business Review, The New York Times, Observer, Stop Smiling, and Thrasher.
His forthcoming novel, Alamosa, is a deconstructed coming-of-age story set in the multiverse.
Josh lives in Denver, where he enjoys skateboarding, yoga, and spending time with his family.
