If transparency is the foundation of governance, the question is: where should it live?
Most organizations try to handle transparency at the application level by adding logs to individual agents, creating custom dashboards, or using vendor-specific tools. This works for a few agents but fails when you have hundreds or thousands of them across the enterprise.
