Using Hyperglue to Heal Broken Organizations

Home > Blog > Using Hyperglue to Heal Broken Organizations

The rapid rise of generative AI has not only heated up the race towards adoption, it’s also exposed just how hard it will be for most organizations to achieve the systemic changes proper adoption will require.

Put bluntly,  inside most organizations lots of things are broken. Technology isn’t working in ways that are even remotely close to what hyperautomation requires. If organizations can standardize communications, enable legacy systems to collaborate with new technologies, and contextualize automated experiences, they can begin to repair. This kind of repair will require a special kind of glue: an enriched super adhesive with the power to hold systems together and to transmit information. It seems appropriate to call it hyperglue.

In their 2023 Hype Cycle for Generative AI, Gartner predicts that by 2026 “more than 80% of enterprises will have used generative AI APIs or models, and/or deployed GenAI-enabled applications in production environments, up from less than 5% in 2023.”

Of those 80%, the ones that succeed in futureproofing their operations will have used some form of hyperglue. We’ll be on-hand October 16-19 at the Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2023 in Orlando, Florida to help business leaders begin establishing building blocks for a bottomless fleet of intelligent digital workers (IDWs) that can automate increasingly complex tasks and eliminate tedium from people’s lives.

These actions have the potential for massive ROI but, more importantly, they can improve the experiences employees and customers have with brands. Come by booth #1132 to say hello and build your own industry-specific IDW with our experiential demo. Our managing partner Kevin Fredricks will also be digging deeper into these ideas with his presentation “Point Solutions vs Platforms: Navigating the First Wave of Generative AI” in the main hallway.

Hope to see you there!
